why i built nuuko
I used to buy beautiful notebooks that sat empty. I'd download journaling apps, use them for a few days, then feel guilty when I stopped. Everything felt like a productivity tool in disguise—streaks, word counts, daily reminders that made me feel worse, not better.
The truth is, consistency is hard. Life gets busy. Some days you have nothing to say. And that's okay.
I didn't need another app tracking my habits. I needed a space that felt safe to open—even on hard days, even when I had nothing profound to write.
So I built Nuuko. A cozy place to hear yourself again. No pressure. No judgment. Just you and your thoughts, whenever you're ready.
